This is a great Salmon dinner for four. I make this dish all the time, Salmon is healthy and there are so may different ways you can cook and prepare it. Today I’m going to give you a recipe for a salmon fillet dinner that I make for my family all the time. At my house we try to eat fish at least once a week, and it often end up making this dish.
Ingredients:
4 Fresh salmon fillets ( boneless and skinless.)
Salt
Lemon-pepper
8 Medium potatos
2-3 carrots
How to make Hetty’s Salmon fillet dinner:
Start by pre-heating the oven to 200 degrees. Then peal the potato’s and boil them for 20 minutes. ( sprinkle some salt over the potato’s’ in the water.) Then place the four Salmon fillets in a casserole dish, season with salt and lemon-pepper and when the oven is ready put it inn and let it cook for about 15 minutes. While waiting on the salmon and potato’s to cook. Peal and grate a carrot. When the Salmon is done and the potato’s are cooked.Place them on a serving dish with potatoes and grated carrot.
