Hetty’s Chicken Burrito!

Today’s Dish is Hetty’s Chicken Burrito! It’s tasty, It’s super cheap  and it’s HOT!

Ingredients:

400 g of sliced Chicken

1 Spice mix for Chicken

1 Box of chili Rojo

1 Box of salsa piccante

1 Box Sour Cream

1 Bag of grated cheese with chili

1 Box of canned corn

4 Wheat tortilla

How to make Hetty’s Chicken Burrito:

Cook the chicken in a skillet with some butter. When it’s cooked, add the chicken spice mix and let it simmer for a minute or two, then heat up the box of chili rojo and mix it into the chicken. Heat up the Tortilla’s as written on the label. Take the chicken and place it down the middle of the tortilla, add corn, salsa piccante, sour cream and the grated cheese top it off with some home made guacamole, and tuck the tortilla together and serve it up on a plate! I had never made a guacamole in my life, so what I did was that I chopped up some red onion, one tomato, the juice of one lime, salt, pepper, two avocado’s , half a red chili( chopped) and one minced  clove of garlic and I used a mortar to crush it all together. It was really fun to make and it was really tasty, but really hot. If you don’t want it to be really hot you can serve it up with some rice at the side, either way I’m sure it’s going to be awesome! I had most of these ingredients at home from the beginning so it was really cheap to make. But if you don’t have chicken or don’t have corn you can use ground beef, or even pork, mushrooms what ever you like. It’s all about the money, It’s all about using what you have, and buying cheap ingredients that you can use to make awesome, tasty dishes that will blow your mind. If you’re having a dinner party people will think you’ve used tons of money to make THAT amazing meal on the table, when in fact you’ve cooked a festive meal using what you have and buying cheaper ingredients. It’s all about using what you have and being creative. You can make everything out of anything!

I hope you have an amazing day and I hope to see you back here tomorrow for a new post! 🙂 ( I’ve also posted this recipe at my regular food blog. )
