Today we’re having fried cod with wok vegetables. I always try to have one fish-dish in my weekly meal-plan. I use this recipe a lot, I always use pre-done frozen fried cod. The reason for this is that it’s quick and easy to make and I get to use my time wisely and concentrate on making the other component both look and taste amazing.
2 Pisces of frozen friend cod
Frozen-wok vegetables or you can use fresh wok vegetables.
Pre-done hollandaise sauce. ( you can also make your own if you dare to!)

How to make Hetty’s fried Cod with wok vegetables:
I start by following the instruction written on the back of the pack of fried cod. The one I buy is supposed to b cooked in the oven for about 20 minutes on 200 degrees C. While the fish is in the oven, I peal and boil the potatoes. I add the wok vegetables into a wok-pan with some oil and season with salt, pepper, Tuscan spice mix and chili flakes. ( If you buy fresh wok vegetables, remember to wash them before you use them. ) I start making the hollandaise sauce and everything will be done in the 20 minutes while the fish is in the oven. So this is an easy dish to make in about 20-30 minutes time. I know I probably should buy fresh cod, and fry it myself, and make my own hollandaise sauce from scratch., but I don’t. I make a lot of things from scratch, so every once in a while I buy a few pre-done ingredients to help me along the way. I’m almost ashamed to say it, but it’s true.
