Hetty’s chocolate muffins.

Baking Sunday with Hetty. Sundays are perfect for baking. Breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, dessert what ever meal you’d like some baking goods with. But today I decided to make chocolate muffins with a chocolate frosting.

Ingredients for the muffins:

2 eggs

100g butter

1 1/2 dl sugar

2 dl milk

4dl plain flour

1 tsp vanilla -flavored sugar

2 teaspoon baking powder

4 tablespoons Cacao

2 tablespoons of Oboy or nesqucik powder

Ingredients for the frosting:

500 g icing sugar

4 Tablespoons cacao

250 g butter

1 dl milk

1 teaspoon vanilla-flavored sugar

Sprinkle of choice

How to make Hetty’s chocolate muffins:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees. Then whisk together egg, sugar and vanilla flavored sugar. ( use a mixmaster if you have one.)

2. Stair in melted butter and add the cacao baking powder and the flour. Then continue to whisk while adding the milk. Add them into the baking cups. One full tablespoons in each cup. Put them

In the oven for about 10-15 minutes. When they’re done, take them out of the oven and let them cool of.

How to make this frosting:

Mix 500g icing sugar with 250 g butter. Mix it well together ( use a blender or a mix master if you have one.) add in the milk, vanilla flavored sugar and the cacao. Mix it well together, avoid lumps of butter.

When the muffins are cooled off start applying the frosting and finish with a sprinkle of your choice.
