Hey all amazing Home cooks out there!

Today I tried something new. I had a few ingredients lying around that I had no idea on what to do with. I started thinking and came up with this great idea that I would make a home made ground beef stew. I was pretty skeptical but I had nothing to loose and everything to gain so I thought I’d give it a try, and hey! It actually turned out pretty great, my mom loved it I love it and there was literally nothing left. So who knew.. it turned out to be a success. I thought I’d share the recipe with you guys, since it turned out so good.

400 g Ground-beef

6 potatoes

4 carrots

2 sticks of celery

1 onion

Tuscan spice blend

Chili flakes

1 tablespoon of dark-meat-powder-broth

2 dl water

1 box of canned Tomatoes

How to make Hetty’s homemade ground-beef stew:

First start by cooking the ground beef, season with salt and pepper. While the meat is cooking, start slicing up the onion and carrots. Cut the potatoes into quarters then slice them up. Chop up the celery and add all the vegetables into a large pot with some butter. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes before you add the cooked ground-beef. Then let it simmer for additionally 2 minutts. Then add the water, the canned tomatoes and season with Tuscan spice blend and chili flakes. Then let it simmer for about 40 minutts to and hour depending on when the potatoes are cooked. Serve it up with some good bread on the side!

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family and I do.

I hope you have an amazing day!

Until next time….
