Today I’ve been working on next weeks dinner plan. It’s mostly dishes Iv’e made before because it’s what I like to call ‘ Mom’s Week’ It’s mothers day in Norway next Sunday and since we currently live in Norway we’re celebrating mothers day twice, May 13th and Norway’s mothers day February 11th. Mom loves that she get’s two mothers day. But since we’re celebrating next Sunday I’ve turned the whole week into “Mom’s week or Mothers day week if you like.” She get’s to pick the menu for next weeks dinners. It’s fun, and she really loved the idea.
This is the week menu my mom picked out:
Monday: Cod, served with butter, potatoes and grated carrots.
Tuesday: Hetty’s ground beef stew
Wednesday: Pepperoni Pie
Thursday: Pasta Carbonara
Friday: Shepherd pie
Saturday: Hetty’s filled pita’s
Sunday: Hetty’s home made pizza
My mom’s week dinner menu. I’m very excited about it, and It’s a lot of good dishes to be made. Other than that we’re making buns and we’re making Belgian waffles so I’m really excited about that. Next week I’ve a plan on what to blog about and what to bake and talk about so I’m really excited about that.
