It’s Saturday, just another amazing sunny day around here. Next week I’ll be taking a small staycation. I’ll be blogging and writing as usual, but i will be spending most of the day out in the sun. We got our intex pool out in our bakcyard all ready to go. So Starting tomorrow I’m going to be relaxing and re-loading my batteries. I need a vacation, and since I’m too busy with my writing to travel I’m taking a staycation instead, even though I still will be working. It sounds wired but it’s going to be great.
Today I made Milkshakes, I haven’t made milkshakes in years. I don’t know why because it’s so, so good. Today I’m giving you two different milkshake recipes, one for a Chocolate/vanilla milkshake and one for a strawberry milkshake.
Starting with the Strawberry milkshake this is what you need:
1 Cup milk
2 Ice cubes
4 Scoops of strawberry ice-cream
4 Frozen strawberries
2 Teaspoons of sugar
How to makes Hetty’s Strawberry milkshake;
- Add tlle the ingredients into a blender and blend it for about 2-5 minutes.
- Taste the milkshake to see if you need to add more icecream or sugar. If you like it as is, pour it into a servign glass. You can use fresh straberries as garnish if wanted.
Ingredients to make Hetty’s Chocolate/vanilla milkshake;
1/2 A cup milk
2 Ice cubes
2 Scoops of cocolate ice-cream
2 Scoops of vanilla ice-cream
1 Teasoon of sugar
2 Topped TBS of Nesquick chocolate powder
How to make Hetty’s chocolate/vanilla milkshake;
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend it for about 2-5 minutes pending on when the ice cubes are crushed and everything is mixed well together.
- Taste it to see if you need to add more of soemthing, if you like it as is pour it into a serving glass and serve it up. You can easily use a fresh strawberry as garnish is wanted.
