It’s Monday, a new week is upon us and a great opportunity to get some good cooking done. Cooking is something I’ve loved to do since the get-go. I remember cooking with my mom and my grandmother when I was a kid. I love cooking together with friends and family. My family is like a big Italian family. We are loud, we yell at each other one minute and hug the next. My cousins are half Italian, but me myself and my mom and grandma and so on are not Italian. But we do un-intentionally act like one big happy Italian family. We’re loud and we all love food. As expected we also like to cook together as a family, but our kitchen is the size of a zucchini it’s not that easy. we don’t have a large kitchen but we do need one. If we ever move to another house our first criteria are that the house has a large and updated kitchen. But for now, we’re living here in our zucchini shaped kitchen and even though it’s crowdy it’s workable and sort of cozy with the possibility of tripping over one another. ah, just another normal day at the Andersen’s residence. Now, from family and food to this weeks list of upcoming posts.
I haven’t figured out what post to post when yet, it all depends on what I’m in the mood for cooking I guess. This week is sort of inspired by using what you already have and making something great out of it. It’s a funny story, but it’s a story for another day. I will be posting this weeks post below, but I’m scratching the days because as I said I’m not sure what post will come out when. Here are this week’s upcoming recipes and posts.
- Hetty’s Chicken and bacon pasta
- Salmon, simple, easy and tasty
- Hetty’s pasta oven surprise (Ground beef pasta casserole)
- Hetty’s garlic marinade summer edition
- Food talk with Hetty
- Spices & Herbs – a world full of wonder
I’m really excited about this weeks post. I’m exhausted after a long day of writing, and I’m going to log off the kitchen for today and start fresh tomorrow morning.
I hope all of you are having an amazing day and I hope to see you all back here tomorrow for a new post.
