Today I’ve been doing my best planning next week, for next week to be great. I got a lot of new recipes coming up and next week is going to be so much better than this week. This week I’ve posted very few recipes and that will be improved next week, meaning that next week will be packed with new recipes, and only on food talk with hetty. More about what’s coming up next week will be posted on Monday.
Today I made a tomato&cucumber salad with a truffle EVOO. It turned really great and I wanted to share this recipe with all of you. It’s as easy as it sounds and the flavor is amazing. The truffle EVOO gives the salad so much flavor that you only need to add salt and pepper to make it complete.
1 Cup mini plum tomatoes
1 Cup sliced cucumber
Truffle EVVO or regular EVOO.
- Wash the tomatoes and the cucumber, slice the cucumber in half lengthwise before slicing them up. After slicing, add them into a serving bowl. Cut the tomato in half lengthwise and add them in with the cucumber.
- Sprinkle some truffle EVOO on top, season with salt and pepper before gently blending it together.
This salad is perfect as a side dish to a variety of dishes and it’s so easy to make it’s funny.
