Hetty’s oven baked salmon

Hey everyone!

So this was supposed to be yesterday’s post but I somehow managed to save it to draft and instead of publishing it. That’s why you’ll get two posts today. This one whom was supposed to be posted yesterday and today’s post later today.

I love a good salmon recipe, and this recipe is perfect all year around. This wasn’t originally on this weeks post plan but I just had to share it with y’all. But don’t worry, I will still be posting everything else planned for this week.

Ingredients:

1 Fillet salmon

2 carrots

Salt

Pepper

Thyme

1 slice of Lemon

Potatoes

Butter

Aluminum foil

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Place the carrots on a sheet of aluminum foil. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and gently place it on top of the carrots.

2. Put some butter, a slice of lemon and a branch of thyme on the side. Then gently wrapt the aluminum foil around the fish and place it on a baking tray. Put it in the oven and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes.

Serve the dish with boiled potatoes.

This dish is so tasty and so simple and last but not least you can make as many as you want, and it’s so simple but it has amazing flavors. The lemon and thyme makes wonders.
