It’s Tuesday, and I hope all of you are having an amazing Tuesday so far. I got a request about reposting my family tuna salad recipe. Getting requests for all of you makes my day. So Thank you so much for requesting a re-post of this very recipe.
I remember when I was a kid and my mom used to make me this very recipe for lunch for school. I remember all the kids in my class wanted to taste it, and those who did loved it. We didn’t only use this recipe for lunch but also for dinner. I love how tasty and how many good memories this recipe gives me. It’s so easy to make and the taste is truly amazing.
This dish serves one person, but you can easily multiply the ingredients or use less or more of a particular ingredient if wanted.
14 oz. canned tuna ( or you can use shredded chicken if wanted.)
14 oz. canned corn ( or less if you want.)
14 oz. canned sliced mushrooms
0.7 ( a little over half.) Cup of Mayo of your choice
1 clove of minced garlic ( I use a garlic press.)
10-15 Tablespoons pre-cooked macaroni
1/4 Sliced cucumber
- Drain the tuna, the corn, and the mushrooms and ad them in a mixing bowl. Boil the macaroni. Slice up the cucumber and add it in the mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper and the minced garlic.
- When the macaroni is done boiling, drain it and add it into the mixing bowl. Mix it all well together. Gently blend in the mayo. When you’re done, add the tuna salad into a serving bowl.
