Today I tasted fresh spinach for the very first time. My first thought was ” Yum, this is so much better than I expected” Then I packed my wrap with tons of spinach, let’s just say that it was a little too much. But It was still good in smaller amounts. I was really excited about today’s dish. I remember eating grave lax salmon wraps and smoked salmon wraps when I was at an event once, but I haven’t had it since. I’ve been wanting to make this recipe for a while now so I was really excited that I found this recipe in a recipe notebook I had. I really hope you like this recipe as much as I did, I will for sure make this dish again.
4 Slices Grave lax
4 Slices Smoked salmon
2 TBS Mayo
2 TBS Sour cream
Freshly chopped chives
Freshly chopped dill
Large tortilla wraps
1. Add sour cream into a small bowl, stir until it’s smooth, then add the mayo and stir until you reach a smooth consistency. Add in the freshly chopped chives and dill, season with pepper.
2. Heat up two tortilla wraps in the oven or in the microwave. When they’re ready take them out and put them on a clean kitchen counter or on two plates. Add 2 TBS of the sour cream/mayo mixture on each wrap. Add a layer or as much or as little spinach as you might want. ( or you can also replace it with something else, like lettuce or whatever comes to mind.) then add a layer of grave lax on one and smoked salmon on the other.
3. Wrap it together like a burrito and cut in half before serving.
This is a super easy, super tasty lunch idea for any time of the week. I love how easy this recipe is and yet how good it ends up tasting.
