Travel the world in your own Kitchen.

Hey everyone!

Thinking about the time I spent in Italy, I almost get hungry even though I just had a snack. But the truth is that you don’t always need to go to another country to be able to get the whole food experience thing. To be honest you can cook like any Italian right there in your own home kitchen. All you need is a few native Italian recipes, a glass of wine and maybe some Italian music, put on a red and white checked tablecloth, eating out in your backyard or in your dining room. That’s all you need to get the feeling you’re in Italy. The smell of the amazing food cooking on the stove, the glass of a good Italian red wine and the music will make you believe you’re right there, the middle of Tuscany in some small town village cooking a wonderful meal for you and your family.

Thing is that it doesn’t matter where you are, as long as y’all are together you can make the most beautiful memories and enjoy a home cooked Italian meal anywhere in the world. It doesn’t have to be Italy either, you can choose to cook from which ever country you want to travel to and re-create an atmosphere that you imagine you would get there.

I cook a lot of Italian and Greek food when I’m not experimenting with creating new recipes that is. I really love the flavors of Italian and Greek cuisine, it’s such a nice balance between the flavors and I like the way it all comes together. What’s your favorite cuisine? Leave a comment and let me know.

I’m still feeling a little under the weather, but hopefully, I will feel a little better tomorrow.

I hope y’all are having an amazing day and I hope to see y’all back here tomorrow for a new post.
