I finally got my internet back, kind off. Basically I have such poor internet connection that my smart TV don’t work, I barely have any WIFI connection on my cell phone and the 4G is not very cooperative either. So, that is why I haven’t been able to post anything from my phone or my computer lately. I’m trying to fix the issue, but it might take some time. Today on the other hand I do have a bar or two, so I’m able to finally write a post. I’ve gone nuts not being able to post anything. Every time I say “I’m back, and I’m here to stay” there is always something that goes wrong. So even though that statement is true, I will not say it out loud again.
If my internet connection is stable this week I will be able to post some awesome recipes and posts this week. I’m really excited about it, and hopefully I will have enough internet connection to be able to write a post every day. I’m trying to fix the problem and the guy who is supposed to fix the internet is coming but I don’t know when. If it get’s worse I will talk to my land lord and see if he knows a few tricks on how to get it to work in the mean time.
Over to the kitchen we go, and this week I have a few tricks and tips up my sleeves. I’m having a sandwich night, I’m making a garlic baguette and I will be making a spring stew. On top of that I’m making a Greek salad and I’ll be giving you a few tips on how you can improve your moussaka dinner kit majorly.
