Hey everyone!
Yesterday I was in the mood for some chicken, and chicken fillet was on the menu, Lucky me. There are a over a million recipes and ideas out there on how to make the best chicken fillet dinner ever, you might wonder why you should choose mine over someone elses, well the truth is you don’t have to. It’s up to you to choose the recipe that is best suited for you and your family. What I’ve put weight on in this recipe is bugdet, flavor and the fact that it’s easy and quick to make.
Pan fried chicken fillet with woked frozen vegetables, mushrooms, rice and a sauce.
I seasoned the Chicken with my favorite seasoning mix suitable for Chicken, then added some butter into an iron pan, turned the chicken fillet frequently to get a good color, without buring it. I used a boil-in-bag rice, and added a tablespoon of butter with ricen when it was done, simply to make it rich on flavor and it’s a perfect way to get a good texture and not the sticky resul you normally would get.
I used a frozen vegetable mix, put it into an iron pan with some butter, and the fresh mushrooms, I season the vegetables with kosher salt, pepper and chili.
You don’t have to use a sauce, and if you do — choose your favorite sauce.
This is far from a recipe, but it’s a dinner tip worth trying because this meal was simply delish and highly recomended.
I hope all of you having a wonderful and blessed Saturday and I’m hoping to see y’all back here tomorrow for some baking! The muffin recipe is old but the decorating is new. So I will tell you all about my baking and decorating in tomorrows post as well as linking the recipe to the muffin recipe I’m using. 🙂
Signing off the kitchen for today, may all of you have a blessed day.
