Hetty’s Berry Breakfast!

Hey everyone!

I’ve been working on getting in better shape, loos weight and changing my lifestyle for the better. I eat better and I workout every morning and I feel great about it!

I wanted to share a brealfast tip that I’m totally IN LOVE with these days. I switched out my regular bread brekfast with Greek yoghurt and berries and I’m digging it! It’s so refreshing and tasty!

Ingredients:

6 Raspberries

6 Blueberries

2 Strawberries

3 TBS Natural Greek Yoghurt

How to make it in only two steps:

  1. Clean the berries, Cut the strawberries in two or four pices, pending on size.
  2. Add 3 TBS of Greek Yoghurt into a serving bowl, and “sprinkle” the berries on top and you’re good to go!

This is a perfect breakfast for any day of the week, heathy and super tasty. You can add chasew nuts as well if you want to, just get a little salt to balance the sweet or if you like a little crunch. I hope y’all love this as much as I do.
