This dish is a twist to another recipe I’ve posted before. I promise that it’s as simple as the first one.
2 kg of small potatoes
Chili explosion spice mix ( you can use chili flakes instead if you want.)
Extra Virgin olive oil
2 TBS of Butter
2 Twigs of fresh rosemary
Fresh Lemon thyme
How to make Hetty’s Oven roasted herb potatoes with a twist:
Start by pre-heating the oven to 425 degrees. Find a deep dish pan or a casserole dish.
Then cut the potatoes in quarters and place them into the pan. Season with salt, pepper and chili explosion spice mix. Add the twigs of rosemary, oregano and the lemon thyme. Top it all of with to TBS of butter and pour some olive oil over the top. Put them in the oven for about 45 minutes. When the potatoes are done serve them right away, but they will be just as tasty if you serve them cold.
