Hetty’s Parma Roll!

Hey everyone!

Today I wanted to post a recipe of a dish so perfect for hot summer days, party-food and basically perfect for any occation what so ever. I’m taking about what I like to call Hetty’s parma roll! It’s so easy to make, it’s so flavorful og incredibly tatsy. My best friend Belle was stayng for dinner the other day and I made it as a starter. My family have been making these for years and years and I’m so happy to share the recipe with all of you. I really hope y’all love it as much as we do.


4 Slices of Parma Ham

4 Slices of Mozzarella

4 Sundried Tomatoes

EVOO (Extra virgin olive oil)

How to make Hetty’s Parma roll:

  1. Lay out all the slices of parma ham on the counter. Add one slice of mozzarella og sun dried tomato on each parma slice. Roll it together.
  2. Add some EVOO into a frying pan and gently place the param rolls into the pan. Let it heat up for about 20 secunds on medium heat before turning it, then 20 seconds on the other side.

Sevre as is right away, Best served hot but you can also serve it cold if your making it as tribiut to an Italian tapas night, or as party food.
