Let’s talk about breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day and It’s important to eat something when you get up in the morning to boost your day. Personally, I need coffee and something to eat in the morning to even function.
Today’s recipe is something perfect for brekafast, it’s a tuna and chili mix that’s perfect to put on a couple of slices of bread. But I’m also going to gice you some tips on how you can make this breakfast dish into a perfect lunch dish. so let’s get started.
1 cann of tuna
4 TBS quark ( NO flavor, just natural.)
1 TBS light Mayo
Red chili flakes
4-5 drops of fresh lemon juice
1 Sliced avocado
1 sliced tomato
How to make Hetty’s chili-tuna:
- Drain the tuna from water/oil and add it to a mixing bowl. Add in the quark, mayo, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Blend it all well together with a tablespoon.
- Add the tuna mix on a couple of slices of bread. Add some sliced avocado and tomatoes on top before serving.
You can easily make this into a tuna salad and have it for lunch. Mix together double the amount of ingredients, add inn some diced red onion, some canned corn or simply all your favorite vegetables and you easily have a heathy tuna salad for lunch the next day.
