Grandma’s pasta in the oven

Hey everyone!

Yesterday I was feeling kind of low, and a wonderful friend of mine came by to cook me some dinner, and to talk about life and destract me from everything else going on in my l life at the moment.

I wanted to share the recipe of the dish she made me yesterday. IT originates from her grandmother and it’s so tasy, full of flavor and perfect for the whole family, any day of the week.

Ingredients;

1 Pound Groundbeef

Salt

Pepper

Ketchup

Spaghetti

Grated cheese

200g Soft fried onions

3 Eggs

Butter

How to make Grandmas oven pasta:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Cook the pasta as written on the label.
  2. Add some butter into an iron skillet. When the butter has melted add in the soft fried onions, season with salt and pepper, and let it cook until the ground beef had a golden brown color.
  3. Spray a casserole dish with a non-stick cooking spray. Add in the ground beef mix and half of the ketchup. When the pasta is ready, drain the water and add the pasta to the casserole dish as well. Add in the rest of the ketchup and blend it all well together. Add some grated cheese on top before putting into the oven to cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. While the pasta dish is in the oven, hard boil three eggs. When the pasta dish is ready take it out of the oven, peel and slice up the eggs, and put it on top before serving. You can also put some grated parmesan on the table so that people can add as little or as much as they want to as well..

I hope y’all love this recipe as much as we do. Stay safe out there and I hope all of you are having an amazing weekened and an even betetr summer.
