ingredientser:
400g Ground beef
1 Clove of Garlic
½ Red Onion
2 Shallots
4 Carrots
1 TBS Tomato paste
1 Dolmio classico marinara sauce ( or any other plane marinara sauce)
1 Box canned mushrooms (opptinal.)
Spaghetti ( preferable amount)
2 TS powdered beef broth
Salt
Pepper
Chili exploition seasoning mix
Pasta Rossa seasoning mix
Toscan seasoning mix
Butter
Hvordan lage Henriette’s September Pasta:
- Peel the carrots, then cut them into qourters before slicing them. Add them to a sauce pan, season with salt and fill it up with water. Let it boil until the carrots are soft
- Pour some water into a medium large sauce pan, add one teaspoon of powdered beef broth and bring to a boil. Cook the pasta as written on the label. finly chopp the onion, shallots and the garlic. Add some butter into a frying pan. When the butter have melted add inn the shalotts, onions and garlic. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. When the onions start to get soft and have reached a golden color add inn the ground beef.Season with Chili explotion, toscan spice mix, pepper, 1 teaspoon of powdered beef broth and pasta rossa seasoning mix. Let it cook until the ground beef have reached a golden brown color and are properly cooked.
- When the Carrots are done, crush them with a masher or use a fork if you don’t have a masher. Add them into the ground beef. Drain the canned mushrooms and add them into th mix. Then add in 2 TBS of tomato paste and let it cook for about 2 minutes. Add inn the marinara sauce and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain the water and add the pasta into a serving bowl. Then add inn the marinara sauce and gently blend it all together before serving. Serve with some grated parmasan cheese and some garlic bread on the side!
