Hetty’s Frittata

Hey everyone!

I’ve been feeling really, really low since the beginning of October until Janaury 2021. But now I’m feeling so much better. I have rutines that works really well for me, and as long as I stick to my rutines and continue to work harder than ever to reach my goals and to get my life on track. I’ve once again raised from the ground, and Iv’e started to climbing again because that’s life, you fall down, you get up and ypou start climbing again. I really love my new rutine, and I feel better than ever. On top of that from janaury 20th I’m starting to eat healthier, and I’m starting to work out at home. Just a litte rutine that I’ve put together myself. My weight is 118 kg and I’m going to get down to 75 kg. It’s not all about looks, It’s much deeper than that for me. I want to loose weight so that I don’t get diabetes etc. Because being so high above my normal wight or what is my right weight in blanace with my hight etc. I’m not going on a diet nor am I going to work out heavily. I’m changing my lifestyle to a healtheir living, I’m going to have a daily wokrout rutine and I’m eating better and healthier. That’s what it’s all about. But to kickstart this years blogging I’m sharing my recipe on a really good Frittata ( Italien Omlett.) I hope ya’ll love it as much as we do! I haven’t written down a specific filling to add and that’s simply because you can use your favorite, if you’re unsure of what to put into the filling you can take a quick look at my stuffing inspo, and maybe it can be inspiering you to use some of it, or use your own favoirtes. When it comes to the inspo down below, you’re NOT going to use all of it, but you can choose one meat ingredeint and one or several vegetable ingredient.

Stuffing inspo: 

Peperoni

Mini Meatballs

brokoli

Ham

Leftover chicken or turkey – shredded.

Pan fried mushrooms

Tomatoes

Ingredeintser: 

10 Eggs

1dl Cream

1 Handfull grated cheese 

Salt

Pepper

Red Chili flakes

(Stuffing of your choice – See ispo above.) 

How to make Hetty’s Frittata:

  1. Preheat the oven to 20 degrees C. Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, chili flakes and grated cheese.
  2. Use a non-stick spray to spray a pie-dish or you can brush it with olive oil or butter so that the eggs doesn’t stick. Add in the fillin of your choice. Pour the egg mixture on top and sprinkle som grated cheese on top before putting it into the oven for abouut 30-40 minutes. You can serve this frittata with a salad and some bread on the side.
