As I wrote in my last post, every day is like an episode of Chopped. I still beilive that, for sure. Imagine two mystery box on repeat for a month. “There you go, now deal with it!” I tend to eat the same over and over again, but these days I¨m grateful that I have food on the table and clean water to drink. My life might be like an episode of chopped but I got food on the table every night. Not everyone is that lucky.
Today’s recipem is something I threw together yesterday and I was pretty amazed by the result. It was a dish full of flavors and I relly loved it. It’s something the whole family will love, and perfect if you have kids. It’s cheap to buy the ingredients, it’s easy to make, it’s tasty and full of flavor. Can it get better than that?
